Terms & conditions
Ticket terms for the Jingle Bell Bop
Tickets
- All tickets are sold by Jingletots Limited. Payment is taken securely by PayPal.
- Your e-ticket is emailed to you after payment. Please bring it with you, on your phone or printed. If you cannot find it, give your booking reference and surname at the box office.
- Every person attending needs a ticket, including children. Babies under 12 months are admitted free but must still be included in your booking so we know how many to expect.
- Each ticket admits the number of people shown on it, for the performance shown on it only.
Refunds and changes
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the performance is cancelled by us.
- If we cancel a performance, you will be offered a place at the alternative performance or a full refund of the ticket price.
- We will do our best to move you to the other performance if you ask before the day and there is space – please contact us.
- Letters from Santa cannot be refunded once the elves have written them.
On the day
- Doors open half an hour before the performance. Please arrive in good time – latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the show.
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
- This is a relaxed, interactive show – children are encouraged to be on their feet, join in and dance.
- Photography for personal use is welcome, but please do not photograph other people's children and do not use flash during the performance.
- We may need to change the cast, running order or timings; the show will remain substantially as advertised.
