Important Information
After paying for your tickets you will
sent an reciept by PayPal, you will also receive an E-Ticket to your registered Paypal Email address. Please print a copy to bring with you on
the day. You will also be able to print a ticket from our website at a later date by clicking on the 'my booking' button. Remember doors open half an hour before your chosen performance. No paper tickets are being
issued this year. If you cannot print your E-Ticket please note down the reference number on the email you will be sent.
You can also order letters from Father Christmas! These letters will be personalised for your children and will delivered by the elves at the Jingle Bell Bop, if you order a letter from Santa we will contact you via your registered Paypal Email address to make sure the elves have all the information they need!

What if I don't
want to pay online?
Subject to availability tickets will also be available on the
door, and if you have reservations about
paying online you can click "contact us"
to reserve tickets but pay on the door.
Tickets are
selling fast, we advise booking online
or contacting us to reserve tickets as
we cannot guarantee availability on the
day
